These inks share the resilience of pigment ink but stamp and blend like dye ink, drying quickly on absorbent surfaces, permanent when heat set, they resist smearing, bleeding or fading even when air dried. Available in a vast variety of colors (each sold separately) . Cat's Eye ink pads measure 1-1/16x1-7/8x7/8in. 

In paper crafting, using a pigment ink pad is nothing new. This water-proof ink is opaque, vibrant, and ideal for heat embossing techniques. It's the perfect ink for heat embossing techniques because it sits on top of the paper and doesn't absorb into it.
