What makes our scrapbook retreats unique? This weekend is meant for indulgence and fun and
to make new friends. We pride ourselves in providing a memorable experience.
Registration Small Print
Everyone is welcome to sign up for the scrapbook retreat, but space is limited.
Please let us know who you wish to room with when registering. If you are coming alone, we
will match you up with another attendee. No worries we will visit with everyone to find the best
match. If you want your own room for both nights ADD $100 to package price. The discounted
room rate is available before and after the event if you wish to extend your stay. Just let us know
when registering what days you need and we will reserve your room for you.
Absolutely no children or babies allowed in classrooms, meeting spaces, or dining rooms AT
ANY TIME. All attendees will be charged full price so if you choose to bring your child (age
14+) they must be a registered attendee and you understand that all discussions are unfiltered.
Please make proper arrangements for the love, care, and safety of your children while attending
our scrapbook retreat.
If you have special needs for the weekend please be sure to communicate that with us when
registering. Remember we want the weekend to be the best – this time is for you!
To Guarantee Your Spot – You can secure your spot with just a $75 deposit. A payment plan
begins four months prior to the event. We must have your credit card info on file in order to
process your monthly payments on the 15th of the month. Your balance must be paid in full 30
days prior to the event. If not a $25 late fee will be assessed.
Changes or Cancellation – All About Memories registration is non-transferable. Refunds will
be credited to the same card used for the initial transaction less a 4% processing fee to cover the
initial fees paid to the credit card company. If the payment was made by cash or check, the
refund will be made by check. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. A full refund will be
given only up to 30 days prior to the event less a $100 cancellation fee. After that date refunds
will not be given. Cancellations can only be processed 24 hours after the initial registration was
received.
No Show – Registered students who are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances will
be able to receive any pre-paid class kits by making arrangements prior to the beginning of
classes. Notification must be made to executive staff in writing or email a minimum of 24 hours
prior to the class. There will be a small shipping charge for any kits needing to be mailed. If
arrangements are not made before classes begin, Scrapbooks ETC Inc., Dba All About Memories
can not be held liable if class kits are not available.
No Lodging Package – $250 per person – This package includes everything with the exception
of lodging and breakfast. If you choose to ADD the lodging 24 hours before of the event a $100
additional charge will apply only if a room is available.
No Meal Package – $250 per person – This package includes everything with the exception of all
meals, snacks, and beverages provided in the beverage center located in the convention room. If
you choose to ADD the meal package 24 hours before the event a $100 additional charge will
apply only if the restaurant will make the exception.
All About Memories
All About Memories is locally owned and opened its doors in October 2003. We moved into our
current location in April 2005. As it was then, AAM is still committed to bringing new and
trendy scrapbooking products to our brick and mortar store. Patterned paper is still the largest
percentage of the product inventory, and the majority of this is offered in individual sheets rather
than the usual packages offered by larger companies. This is what we do best. I have been heard
saying many times “we have the largest selection of paper”. Though this is not true with the
arrival and success of Digital Scrapbooking, paper still is very important to the All About
Memories store Mission.
The retail store is a 6000 square foot scrapbooking warehouse stocked FULL of the best papers,
ribbons, stickers, embellishments, and chipboard. We carry all the major brands as well as the
entire lines…so you don’t have to choose from a limited selection. We have a large classroom
that is open to all customers during business hours for NO CHARGE. Some Saturdays we are
open until midnight hosting our FREE FRENZY. Another service we offer is custom invitation
design for all your events. We have several samples of our work at the store for viewing and
we’ll do a free 1 hour consultation.

Priceless Scrapbooks
Priceless Scrapbooks was launched in 2010 to be the name and brand of the paper line Kathy
Price is currently working on. By releasing the logo in the retail store she hopes to have All
About Memories customer recognition of the two companies working together. With the
economic conditions and a recent injury the release has been delayed. Stayed informed on the

Weekend Host
Kathy Price is an avid scrapbooker that loves to get together with the ‘girls’ for a weekend away
scrapbooking, talking, laughing, and sometimes crying…don’t worry all good things! Her
workshops offer an opportunity to meet new friends, try new things and most of all have FUN!!!
Kathy is always on a mission to learn something new and then find a way to share it! That is
where teaching comes in! She has taught workshops in the store and loves to approach art in a
fun, fresh and accessible way. “The most important thing about scrapbooking is the
journaling…if you lose the story than you lose a part of your history!” She loves to compare
techniques with the crafters she meets, and believes you always have something to learn from
each other. “You don’t know if it’s your style until you try it, so go for it! It’s only a piece of
paper!” Kathy loves to host the events and get to know the customers on a more personal level.
She will always make you feel welcome and at home.
Kathy’s biggest fans of her work are her husband, Darin and four children, Tori, K.D., Jack and
Joshuah. Her favorite activities outside of scrapbooking are campfires with family and friends,
boating on the pristine waters of Montana, and playing and watching sports of any kind!
Volunteers
Jeanne Sandven – has been working at All About Memories for 4+ years and loves getting
together with the girls for some scrapping time. She has a love of photography and will be
taking photos throughout the weekend. She is happily married with two grown children, and is a
PROUD grandma!
Joanna Chouinard – has been helping at All About Memories for 4 years and loves to get some
girl time in. She loves spending time with her girlfriends’ scrapbooking until the wee hours of
the morning. Joanna is a native of Flathead Valley and is married with two sons.
Checking In To Event
If you are in town on Thursday we welcome you to shop at the store from 10 am – 6 pm. Upon
arriving you will receive a FREE prize and become registered to WIN $100 off your next retreat
(non-transferrable) and must be used within one calendar year. You may also come to the
Convention Center (Glacier I-III) of the hotel on Thursday evening between 8 and 10 pm to drop
your bags and set up your work area. These are the only approved times – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Event check in will be on Friday morning between 8 – 10 am to get your name badge, wristband
and welcome kit. The welcome kit will have the complete schedule for the weekend. You may
check in to your hotel room at 3 pm. Each room includes two self adjusting Garden Sleep
System beds with 250 thread count premium linens. Also a 26” flat screen with On Demand
movies and complimentary HBO, wireless in all the rooms, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and
iron board, microwave and mini refrigerator.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located south of downtown Kalispell.
From All About Memories scrapbook store – turn right onto Hwy 40 West and proceed 3 miles.
Turn left onto US 93 S for 15 miles. Hotel is on the right.
From I-90, take US 93N toward Kalispell and proceed 110 miles north. Hotel is on the left at

When checking out items, we will require your name tags to be held until the return of the item.
ON SITE STORE
An employee of All About Memories will be on hand to help you with any purchases throughout
the weekend. Including any store deliveries.
CLASSES
The classes are offered at an additional charge to the weekend event and must be pre-paid to
reserve your space. Your class supplies will be included in the charge along with the full
instruction and classes will take place in the Logan Room across the hall from the crop.
How you choose to get involved is totally up to you. If you are a slow, methodical crafter, that
doesn’t need much help, our volunteers will leave you alone. If you are always lost, dazed, and
confused our volunteers will lovingly guide you. Each volunteer has been trained, taken every
class, and has probably been with us since the beginning of the event. These girls are pros!
Our theme for the weekend is TROPICAL / HAWAIIAN
Be prepared to focus on a weekend of relaxation and scrapbooking—guilt free! Comfy clothes
including pajamas and slippers are welcome. How you choose to get involved is totally up to
you. If you don’t want to participate in the demos and/or games that’s okay just let the hostess
know.
